New MCWD Rules

The following revised MCWD rules became effective on September 1, 2010 after undergoing an extensive rule revision process:

In the coming months, the District will be hosting a number of informational workshops to build awareness of the new requirements and to answer questions. The dates for these meetings will be posted on the website shortly.

The Rule Making Task Force and Technical Advisory Committee continue to work on revisions to the District’s Stormwater Management for which a public hearing is expected later this year. If you have any questions please contact MCWD's District Planner.

Rule Making Task Force Members

On April 5, 2007, the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Board of Managers appointed 20 people to its Rule Making Task Force. The Task Force will work to make comprehensive changes to the District's rules.
