18-362 15500 Minnetonka Blvd-Board Consideration

18-362: Steve Arundel has applied for a MCWD permit for a three lot subdivision at 15500 Minnetonka Blvd in Minnetonka. MCWD regulates this under the Wetland Protection rule. The applicant has requested a 19.5 foot variance from the 33.5 foot minimum buffer width requirement to retain an existing home on the site. No wetland impacts are proposed.

MCWD Board of Managers will be requested to take action on this variance at their meeting on July 12, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the Community Room at the District Office.
