MCWD Campus Improvement Request for Proposal

We are pleased to be sharing a request for proposals for landscape architecture and engineering for campus improvements at the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District office at 15320 Minnetonka Blvd in Minnetonka. This project is focused on the creative management of stormwater on a developed and site-constrained campus, developing a cohesive native plant landscape plan, addressing storage needs, reconstructing parking areas and a shared driveway, and expanding parking.

The MCWD campus is approximately 1.1 acres, including 0.2 acre of wetland and wetland buffer which is part of the larger wetland complex associated with Minnehaha Creek. The District shares a driveway with its neighbor to the west, Campbell-Sevey, and work on the driveway should be responsive to this shared ownership. A strong concept plan has been developed by Wenck Associates, the District engineer, for the purpose of visioning and setting a project budget. The design scope will focus on fully developing the physical layout and features contemplated by the concept plan.

Attached is the RFP document along with all supporting materials. Please note that there will be an optional information meeting on the RFP on January 15, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District office, 15320 Minnetonka Blvd, Minnetonka, MN 55345.
