18-335: Public Notice

1252 Hunter Drive, LLC is proposing a new single family home located at 1252 Hunter Drive in the City of Medina (Permit #18-335). MCWD regulates the project under our Erosion Control and Wetland Protection Rules. The project will not result in any impacts to the wetland fringe adjacent to Mooney Lake and will result in the establishment of a 75’ wide upland buffer.

Permits are reviewed by staff for compliance with District rules. Interested parties may request that the permit be considered by the MCWD Board of Managers. Requests for board consideration must be in writing and received at the MCWD offices prior to 4:30pm, September 25th, 2018.
