The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is reviewing Permit Application #22-212 for conformance with District rules. The City of Victoria is proposing a road reconstruction project along Stieger Lake Lane. The MCWD regulates this project under our Erosion Control and Stormwater Management rules as the proposed work will create new areas of impervious surface such as sidewalks. A stormwater basin will be created to provide rate and phosphorus control to the project area. Permits are reviewed by staff for compliance with District rules. Interested parties may request that the project be reviewed by the Board of Managers, requests for Board consideration must be submitted by email to Will Roach prior to 4:30PM on June 28th, 2022.
