Public Notice for Permit 22-164

Jeff Papke is proposing the construction of a new single family home at PID 250080200 / Address Unassigned adjacent to Hwy 5. Installation of the associated septic tank will overlap with a portion of the floodplain on site. Overlap with the floodplain has been minimized to the greatest extent possible and no net loss in flood capacity will occur as a result of the project. MCWD regulates the project under our Floodplain Alteration rules. The project as proposed meets District rules as confirmed by our engineering team. Although not MCWD’s area of review, the septic tank is designed for use in a floodplain.

Permits are reviewed by staff for compliance with District rules. Interested parties may request that the permit be considered by the MCWD Board of Managers.  Interested parties may request that the permit be considered by the MCWD Board of Managers. Requests for board consideration must be in writing and received at the MCWD offices prior to 4:30 PM, 5/30/22.
