The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is reviewing pemit application #22-302 for conformance with the District’s rules. The Baywood Shores LLC is proposing to construct a new single family home at 5364 Baywood Shores Drive, Mound, MN 55364. MCWD regulates the project under our Erosion Control, Wetland Protection and Floodplain Alteration rules.
