The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is reviewing pemit application #23-097 for conformance with the District’s rules. Dingman Custom Homes is proposing to construct a new single family home at 610 Clarence Avenue Minnetrista 55364. MCWD regulates the project under our Erosion Control and Wetland Protection rules.
