Curriculum Examples for Youth Education
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has helped fund a variety of educational programs through the former Cynthia Krieg Watershed Stewardship Fund grant program. Below you will find a few examples of interactive activities and lessons compiled or developed from this grant program.
Feel free to download and tailor them for your own educational purposes. Suggested grade levels are shown; however, many activities can be tailored for older/younger audiences. The more you can tailor the activity to a local water body or ecosystem, the better! Contact the education department with any questions - and check out our Additional Resources page for other helpful links.
