Driveway Construction

Ryan & Kayla Ortlip are proposing the construction of a driveway at 4685 West Branch Road (Permit #23-290). MCWD regulates the project under our Erosion control, Waterbody Crossing & Structures, Floodplain Alteration, & Wetland Protection Rules.

Permits are reviewed by staff for compliance with District rules. Interested parties may request that the permit be considered by the MCWD Board of Managers. Requests for board consideration must be submitted to Trey Jonas by email prior to September 12th , 2023 .
