The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 4801 Sunnyside Road in Edina. The project, proposed by Patrick Fronek (property owner), involves the removal of failing retaining walls and restabilizing with riprap.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
