The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 8725 Church Lake Boulevard in Victoria. The project, proposed by Waterbrooke Church, involves a building addition and parking lot expansion.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Wetland Protection, and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
