Permit 24-338: Waterview Subdivision

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 6870 Minnewashta Parkway in Chanhassen. The project, proposed by the Headla’s, involves a 5 lot subdivision.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
