Permit 24-541: Telecommunications Install

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at the intersection of Minnetonka Blvd and Plymouth Rd in Minnetonka. The project, proposed by AT&T, involves the placement of buried telecommunication cable. MCWD is reviewing the portion that crosses below the Minnehaha Creek.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Waterbody Crossings & Structures rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
