Permit 24-557: 3205 Fairchild

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 34 Address Unassigned in Minnetonka. This parcel is located between 3194 and 3130 Fairchild Avenue. The project, proposed by 3205 Fairchild LLC, involves the placement of 10 feet of new riprap along the shoreline.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
