Permit 24-556: 3224 Fairchild Avenue

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 3224 Fairchild Avenue in Minnetonka. The project, proposed by Marcia Aamodt, involves the placement of 250 feet of riprap along the shoreline.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
