Permit #25-069: Caribbean Marina Riprap Installation

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 135 Lakeview Ave, Tonka Bay. The project, proposed by Shawn Wischmeier and Tonka Bay Property Holdings LLC, involves the installation of 100 feet of riprap.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
