Policy Advisory Committee
Shaping Watershed Policy Together
The Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) was appointed by the Board of Managers to advise on the development of MCWD’s 2027 Watershed Management Plan (Plan).
From 2026-2027, PAC members will help shape the overall direction of the 2027 Plan by discussing watershed challenges, considering policy approaches to improve integration between land use and water planning, and providing guidance on management goals and strategies that can be implemented collaboratively across the watershed.

PAC Meetings
PAC members will participate in approximately 5-6 in-person meetings during the planning process, each lasting about 2 hours and scheduled around members’ availability.
