While the Hopkins City Council has heard from Alatus regarding the status of the 325 Blake Road project and its challenges recently, the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) has also come before council to provide updates on its section of the project and Cottageville Park’s next phase.
Community Development Manager Revie Needham and Michael Hayman, the director of project planning from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, led the updates at the Feb. 6 City Council meeting.
The original Blake Road project included four buildings and 32 proposed townhomes developed by Alatus.
