Permit #24-065: Victoria Gateway East Commercial Development

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project east of the TH5 and Commercial Ave intersection in Victoria (Victoria Gateway East Commercial Development). The project, proposed by Headwaters Development, involves the construction a mixed use development, including a bank, coffee shop, and medical office.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Wetland Protection, and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
