The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 2695 Casco Point Road Orono, MN 55391. The project is proposed by Brian Sloss and involves riprap replacement along the shoreline, grading in the yard, and replacing the retaining wall, some of which is located within the floodplain.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration, Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization, and Erosion and Sediment Control rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
