Permit #24-525: Smithtown Road Culvert Installment

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 26275 Smithtown Road, Shorewood, MN. The project, proposed by Rick, Amy, and Tony Denman, involves the installation of underground utilities and a culvert across Pebble Creek.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Floodplain Alteration, and Waterbody Crossings and Structures Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
