Permit #24-544: Idyllvale Shores

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 215 North Arm Lane in Orono, MN. The project, proposed by the Pass Family Trust, involves creating a 5-parcel subdivision each with a single-family home, replacing a culvert for a new driveway, and providing associated stormwater facilities.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion and Sediment Control, Floodplain Alteration, Waterbody Crossings and Structures, Stormwater Management, and Wetland Protection rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
