Permit #24-544: Idyllvale Shores

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) Board of Managers will consider MCWD permit application #24-544 at its regular meeting on June 26th, 2025. The application is proposed by the Pass Family Trust, for the creation of a 5-parcel subdivision, replacement of a culvert, and addition of stormwater facilities at 215 North Arm Lane in Orono.

This project requires a permit for MCWD’s Erosion and Sediment Control, Waterbody Crossings and Structures, Wetland Protection, Floodplain Alteration, and Stormwater Management Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
