Permit #24-558: TH41 Road Project

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project on TH 41 in Chanhassen between Ches Mar Dr and Chaska Rd. The project, proposed by the City of Chanhassen, involves adding a roundabout at the intersection of TH 41 and the entrance to Minnetonka Middle School West and a private development to the west. The project goal is to address current safety/traffic concerns in this area.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
