Permit #24-560: Highway 11 Road Project – Permit Consideration Notice

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) Board of Managers will consider MCWD permit application #24-560, proposed by Carver County, for the proposed reconstruction of County State Aid Highway 11 in Victoria, at its regular meeting on March 13, 2025. The meeting will take place in the MCWD Board Room, located at 15320 Minnetonka Boulevard, Minnetonka, MN.

This project requires a permit from MCWD for Erosion Control, Wetland Protection, Stormwater Management, Floodplain Alteration, and Waterbody Crossings & Structures.
