Permit #24-578: Red Rooster Parking Reconstruction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 432 Mill Street in Long Lake. The project, proposed by McCormick Real Estate, involves repaving the existing parking lot and paving an existing gravel parking lot.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
