Permit #24-582: Cedar x Louisiana Road Reconstruction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project on Cedar Lake Road between Sumter Avenue and Kentucky Avenue, and along Louisiana Ave between 24th Street and I-394. The project, proposed by the City of Saint Louis Park, involves grading, bituminous surfacing, pedestrian and bike facilities, lighting, curb and gutter, stormsewer repair, and stormwater management facilities. MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
