Permit #24-590: Terasa Development

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 5401 Gamble Drive in St. Louis Park in the West End Office Park. The project, proposed by Hempel Real Estate, involves the demolition of an existing office building and the construction of a six-story mixed-use residential and retail structure with underground parking and stormwater systems.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
