Permit #24-591: Pleasant View Pointe Subdivision

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 6535 Peaceful Lane and the adjacent parcels PID 258700063 & 258700062. The project, proposed by Beddor Enterprises, involves subdividing the parcel and the construction of 20 new single family homes.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
