Permit #24-593: Shorewood Meadow

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 25480 & 25560 Smithtown Road. The project, proposed by McDonald Construction Partners LLC, involves building a three-parcel subdivision with three single-family homes.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Wetland Protection, and Stormwater Management Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
