Permit #25-050: Minnetrista Sanitary Sewer Repair

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing an after-the-fact permit application for a project at 5345 Cedar Point Road and 5305 Edsall Road in Minnetrista. The project, proposed by the City of Minnetrista, involved emergency sanitary sewer repairs due to significant inflow and infiltration.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
