Permit #25-056: 26275 Smithtown Road Driveway and Utility Installation

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) Board of Managers will consider MCWD permit application #24-525 at its regular meeting on April 10th, 2025. The application is proposed by Rick, Tony, and Amy Denman, for the installation of underground utilities and a culvert crossing for a driveway to a future single-family home at 26275 Smithtown Road in Shorewood.

This project requires a permit for MCWD’s Erosion Control, Floodplain Alteration, and Waterbody Crossings and Structures rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
