Permit #25-061: CenterPoint Energy – Brown Road

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along North Brown Road in Orono. The project, proposed by CenterPoint Energy, involves the placement of 292 feet of 2-inch-diameter and 3,562 feet of 4-inch-diameter plastic natural gas pipeline.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion and Sediment Control and Waterbody Crossings and Structures Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
