Permit #25-095: CenterPoint Lydiard Avenue

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along Lydiard and Kelly Avenue in Orono. The project, proposed by CenterPoint Energy, involves horizontal directional drilling to place natural gas lines.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Waterbody Crossings and Structures and Erosion and Sediment Control Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
