Permit #25-118: Coffee Cove Fishing Area

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 1990 Shadywood Road in Spring Park. The project, proposed by Hennepin County, involves mill and overlay of the parking lot, replacement of the path and fishing area, and granite boulders along the shoreline.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion and Sediment Control, Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization, and Stormwater Management Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
