Permit #25-123: Minnetonka CenterPoint Energy

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at Day Place, Oak Road, Victoria Street, Sunset Road, Evergreen Drive, Lexington Avenue, Lexington Circle, Skyview Road, Skyview Circle, Thomas Avenue, McKenzie Boulevard, Highland Road, and Red Oak Ridge. The project, proposed by CenterPoint Energy, involves the installment of new natural gas lines.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Waterbody Crossings and Structures Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
