Permit #25-135: Minnetonka and Plymouth Fiber Optic Installation

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along Baker and Plymouth Road in Minnetonka and Xenium Lane North in Plymouth. The project, proposed by Mi-Tech, involves the placement of fiber optic lines underground using horizontal directional drilling.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Waterbody Crossings and Structures Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
