Permit #25-141: County Road 6 Pond Retrofit

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) Board of Managers will consider MCWD permit application #25-141 for a District-led water quality improvement project to retrofit the County Road 6 Pond in Orono at its regular meeting on April 24th, 2025.

The meeting will be held in the MCWD Board Room, located at 15320 Minnetonka Boulevard, Minnetonka, MN at 7:00 PM.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers MCWD’s Erosion Control, Waterbody Crossings and Structures, Wetland Protection, Floodplain Alteration, and Dredging rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
