The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 35th Street W and Raleigh Ave S in St. Louis Park. The project, proposed by the City of St Louis Park, involves roadway, sidewalk, and utility reconstruction.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
