Permit 25-227: Cell Tower (Independence)

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 87 McCulley Rd in Independence. The project, proposed by Vertical Bridge, involves the construction of a cell tower.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
