Permit #25-239: Everly Farms Parking Lot

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 6480 County Road 26, Minnetrista. The project, proposed by Everly Farms LLC, involves the construction of a parking lot south of the existing building.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Wetland Protection, and Stormwater Management Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
