The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at Resthaven Lane, Paradise Lane, Heron Lane, Enchanted Road, Gull Lane, Crestview Road, and Woodland Road, Mound. The project, proposed by the City of Mound, involves street reconstruction.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
