Permit #25-262: Board Consideration for Lake Zumbra & Sunny Culvert Replacement

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 7023 Nature Center Drive in the Carver Park Reserve in Victoria. The project, proposed by the Three Rivers Park District, involves the replacement of an existing culvert located between Lake Zumbra and Lake Sunny.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion and Sediment Control, Floodplain Alteration, and Waterbody Crossings and Structures Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
