Permit #25-263: Fiber Install in Hopkins

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project below the Minnehaha Creek and Excelsior Blvd in Hopkins. The project, proposed by the City of Hopkins, involves the installation of fiber optic cable below the creek.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Waterbody Crossings & Structures rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
