The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along Columbus Ave in Minneapolis. The project, proposed by CenterPoint Energy, involves the installation of natural gas pipeline.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Waterbody Crossings & Structures rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
