The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 4686 Wolfberry Curve in the City of Minnetrista. The project, proposed by the City of Minnetrista, involves the construction of a water treatment facility.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
