Permit 25-312: Lake Minnetonka LRT Trail Culvert Replacement

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project underneath the Lake Minnetonka LRT Trail, located south of Shultz Lake and north of Parkview Lane. The project, proposed by Carver County, involves the replacement of an existing culvert underneath the bike trail that conveys Madelyn Creek.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion and Sediment Control, Waterbody Crossings and Structures, and Floodplain Alteration Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
