The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 4581 Manitou Road, Tonka Bay. The project, proposed by Michael and Michelle Sack, involves the demolition and rebuild of a single-family home.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Floodplain Alteration, and Wetland Protection Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
