Permit #25-354: Plymouth Natural Gas Service

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at Dunkirk Lane North and 25th Avenue, Plymouth. The project, proposed by CenterPoint Energy, involves horizontal directional drilling to install new natural gas lines and abandon existing lines.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, and Waterbody Crossings and Structures rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
